Yes. Posting a brief on Lodgepath is completely free for builders, architects, and developers. There are no fees on the demand side of the platform. We charge a flat referral fee to the consultant only when they win work through a Lodgepath introduction.
Most briefs are reviewed and matched within a few hours during business days. If we cannot find an immediate match — for example if your discipline or location has limited coverage — we will let you know and keep your brief on file as new consultants join the platform.
Yes. Listing your profile on Lodgepath is free. The only cost is a flat $150 referral fee which applies when you confirm that an engagement introduced through Lodgepath has gone ahead. No monthly fees, no upfront costs.
No. Neither builders nor consultants need to create an account to use Lodgepath. Builders post briefs via a simple form. Consultants submit their listing via a simple form. Everything is handled by email at this stage.
Every consultant submission is reviewed by our team before their profile goes live. We check that their discipline and accreditation details are consistent and may reach out to confirm credentials. We do not publish profiles that cannot be verified.
No engagement, no referral fee. The $150 fee only applies when a consultant confirms that a project introduced through Lodgepath has proceeded. If a brief does not convert to a confirmed engagement, no fee is charged.
Lodgepath covers all Australian states and territories — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, ACT, and TAS. Consultant coverage varies by state and discipline. If you are looking for a consultant in a location with limited coverage, post a brief and we will do our best to match you.
